    I started my diet on April 6th of 2011 and have lost 166 pounds, in just over a year. Strictly diet and exercise.

    Exercise does wonders ;-)

    Awesome job! You look wonderful and happy :) I to have alot of weight to lose and just started WLP and starting with just the food part of it first and then once I lose some weight, will begin to exercise, starting slow. I dont want to overdue it when working out because I havent done it in a long time. What did you do for exercise? Again, congratulations :)
