No it's only 27mins long! So can fit it in easily :) Some people do it everyday, some people have rest days, personal choice really. I do it about 3/4 days a week and it really helps the toning process

You just made me curious so I just tracked the route I did the other day for W1D2 and that was 3.5k. I'm pretty slow so I guess as I get faster and run for longer the route length will increase!

I'm doing both at the moment too. Am doing C25K Week one Day 3 tonight and I do 30DS about 4/5x a week, currently on L2D5.

I log week one as 8mins 'jogging' and 17mins 'walking brisk pace 4mph' with 5mins 'walking 3mph' for my cool down walk.
