Well, this is exactly what my routine consists of now- Strength Training(30-45 mins) x3 times a week + 20 mins HIIT x3 times a week. I do the Strength and HIT on alternate days and take 1 day off every week :-). Seems to be working for me! My Goal was just to tone up tho, maintain my endurance and lose some body fat. FYI-…

I don't think that's the case with me, since my highest weight was 112 lbs. I only wanted to lose weight since I was under the misconception that weighing less would equate to me being less wobbly, but as I've now found, that's far from true. Will keep up some cardio, but am definitely going to look into lifting.

Hmm.. Makes sense.. And unfortunately sounds like me prior to the last months. I really didn't take care of my body and used to get into starving- binging cycles, so I can understand why I'm in this strange situation.
