  • Well, it didn't go so well, I did about 6 ladies styles, then a friend told me about wall pushups. Not much to it, but it was movement, and I did 90 of those. I know I really cheated on this challenge, but I just started exercising 2 weeks ago, I am really overweight and out of shape. I do my best.

  • Hi Manibal_mf, I went to a health class offered by my Chiropractors office, they said it is recommended that you drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. For me that's a lot of water.
