Title 9 has a great selection. I'm DD, so when I'm jumping around i normally wear two. Kathy

I don't use the gym. I walk, map out my route using google map and track my time. I have bunch of dvd's, jillian micheals, leslie sansone, yoga. Most i bought used off of ebay or try the goodwill. You can do it. Kathy

Hi I'm Kathy, I'm on day four of the 30 day shred. The first two days killed my legs but it's getting better. I'm hoping to do five days a week, I need the two days of rest. I'm also doing walking it helps to do something different to break it up. Kathy

I've been some upper body work with wieghts. My band size is going down not my cup size. I've always i had a larger chest size for my hieght. I'm 5'6 180. Kathy

I also like the 5 day slim down, it's really flexible. Walk kick is also a good one. I like the walking dvds because the movements are easy to follow, i tend to trip over my own feet if there are two many moves. I have few yoga/pilates videos. I try to mix it up so I don't get bored. Kathy

I did the first two miles in 5 mile walk and did about a mile outside at lunch.

I'm doing three most days(i do the dvds and try to get outside when it's not to cold) and I'v started to add strenght training, which I'm really bad about added when I do it. Kathy

Hi I'm new to MFP. I really like the walk away the pound dvd for good, quick, easy to follow cardio session. I'm so glad I found this group. I reaaly want to stay commited and lose 40 pounds. I'm down six so far. Kathy
