I am a 38DD and a runner. My champion bra I wear has an underwire and when I run it rubs and hurts. What do you larger busted girls wear?

Google enell bra. Love it! Very pricey, but one bra holds up for a long time. Also offers great back support.

This is the best one I have found & I am a 34-36D and well lets be honest I should prob. wear a DD.... LOL

    http://www.championusa.com/workout-clothes/sports-bras-43553--1/maximum-support-bras/champion-360-deg;-max-support--153;-sports-bra

The only downfall is that after several hours you kinda get the uni-boob thing going if its not tight enough.

Honestly I havent found anything that works yet but wearing multiple ones at the same time. I do not have any underwire sportbras but do wear more than one at a time for support.

I am a large D (38) and have a hard time finding sports bras myself. The Fiona Bra by Moving Comfort is the first bra that has offered me a comfortable level of support. I found mine on Amazon for a decent price. It is not perfect but it is the best I have found so far and I have tried plenty. Good luck!!

I'm the same size. I usually wear two sports bras then a tight fitting tank with a built in bra. I know its probably not the answer you were hoping for, but its been working for me!

I'm much bigger, H, I, or J range depending on the manufacture. I used to be a DD and hope I can get back to it.

I love the Goddess sports bra, bought several on Amazon and never been happier. I still wear two just because of my size when doing cardio, but they are extremely supportive and no underwire.

My absolute favorite (I'm a 40DD) is Fiona from Moving Comfort. I got mine on amazon for like 28 bucks, and it's brilliant. When I first got it I felt it and had no hope what so ever...it seems flimsy...no underwire, etc...but omg it works amazingly well!

edited to add: I almost always (used to) wear 2...but that one I only need the one...Highly Highly reccomend

I wanted to second getting an Enell. The investment is well worth it if especially since you need to provide relief to your back as well. I have three of them to stay in rotation. And if you're very large breasted they do customs.

Title 9 has a great selection. I'm DD, so when I'm jumping around i normally wear two.

I really recommend you get fitted at Nordstrom, Macy's, etc by a fit specialist. I always find good ones at Nordstrom. Most women wear the wrong size bra, and we're supposed to get fitted every 6 months!

Because they're pricey, I might buy just one and look for more on eBay. The brand I currently use is Wacoal. I hate their regular bras, but the sports ones give me lots of support during activity!

Try this site, they have "high support" bras and you might even find one on sale. http://www.teamestrogen.com/

I am on the other end of the scale - only jusssst filling a bcup - but mine move A LOT, and generally out sideways likethey want to hide under my arms

Only way I can run comfortably is to wear a sports crop bra over my underwire sports bra. I just have a few basic Target sports crops - and i get them so that they are pretty firm fitting. works a treat - no more sliding booobies

Freya active -- it's underwire, I haven't experienced it rubbing, and NOTHING bounces (and I'm a 36G, so that's a tall order). I also like Moving Comfort, and Wacoal. All are not inexpensive. For that level of architectural support I kind of expect to lay out some money, to me it's worth it to avoid the pain.

Right now, since I am losing weight, I buy the cheapies that come in 2 packs at Wal-Mart or Target. I always wear two bras at a time when training. It works for me, and I do a lot of jumping jacks and hops.

I'm a 34-36D and I just recently found Moving Comfort brand(carried at RoadRunner and REI as well as at movingcomfort.com) I LOVE #350032. Also...get fitted professionally! I was still thinking my 38DD were "fitting" ok...No, I now know they were not!

How much $$ are you willing to spend?

If that isn't an issue, I'd definitely recommend the brand Enell, but they're about $60

I'm a 40DDD and this is the only type of sports bra I've found that does me any justice. I buy them off the internet.

    Good luck Robin!

I wear a regular bra with a sports bra (I bought at walmart) on top of it. and usually I just roll some of the sports under the wire. It helps.
