    I'm not sure I'll meet my goal but since it's my first challenge ever, I'll go easy on myself

    That's for sure. When my kids were little I would exercise at night after I put them to bed or sometimes after dinner I'd go for a walk or do what ever exercise was on t.v. It's a challenge...no doubt but you can do it. Today with the choices we have and the technological devices we are so blessed to have many choices to fit our different and hectic lifestyles.

  • I glad I found this group. I can'tbstand the treadmill so Leslie dvds are my alternative. I will have to start posting my miles.

    This was me too! I used a treadmill for awhile .... got to the point where I couldn't stand it anymore. Found Leslie - Yay! Now it's Leslie & Wii Walk it Out.

    I'm at 25 so for .... 30 more to go!

    Got a 3 mile walk yesterday and hope to do 3 miles again today.

    Cherry--sometimes when I can't put in an actual video I just walk in front of the TV during a show. Leslie's moves are easy enough that they can be done without a video.

    You're right! But I decided to do my work out after my toddler's gone to bed haha

  • I am in! I am getting married in 5 weeks. I really want to look a little bit better before I take that BIG WALK! So I will dedicated to 75 miles before March 17th!!! Thats 3 miles a day, 5 days a week. I will do the Leslie Sansone DVD and workout at my rec center. Saturdays and sundays are going to be my off days!!! :D Im soo excited.. Please add me you'd like.. I always like having new friends! Good luck everyone!

    Have the flu really bad and it hurts to move. I felt better today, I went slower and got in 2 miles.

    Tonight was Aqua Jog. Burned 342 calories. Love that class. Such a good workout with low impact on my joints!

    541 / 800 exercise minutes for February
    Today went to gym and walked random terrain on the treadmill. 3.0 - 3.4 mph for 50 minutes. Burned 300 calories.

    I've been walking outside almost every morning but I want to add a workout video in the afternoons, too. I think I will try to start that today.

    Beautiful day outside, temps in the 40's and the sun is shining with blue skies. Russ and I went for a walk, a slow mile due to his injuries. Then I went alone for another 2 or more miles?? for a total of 75 minutes of walking and 393 calories burned. Felt so good to be outside walking in the fresh air:smile:
