Hello ladies can I join you I started Leslie Sansone - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk Saturday and have done 2 miles Saturday 2 on Sunday Yesterday I thought I'd mix some hand weights in and only managed 1 mile but felt the burn.0

This is a new DVD I tried and it uses the bands on Mile 2 & 4. Man! This is a major workout. I only got thru 3 miles and that wasn't with full intensity. I couldn't even do any arm movements in mile 3 until half way thru it.

Whew! Surpassed my goal, yay!!!!
Today, 30 minutes on the Crossramp at the gym and 22 minutes of strength training, upper body and abdominals/back muscles.
My goal for next month will be 800 minutes with varied forms of exercise (aquajog, walking, weight lifting, volleyball, etc.)

Hi! Let me know when March is set up. My goal for March is to do 2 miles with Leslie every morning Mon-Fri and possibly on the weekends. I also plan on walking in my neighborhood or on the treadmill in the evenings for a little extra boost and Pilates DVD 3 X a week. That is my March goal.

I'm in. I did 2 miles for the month of February. I just started back walking on Monday. I so needed this group. This will help keep me motivated and focused. I did it by myself in 2010 and lost 10 pounds but gained it back after I had my son last summer .:flowerforyou:0
