    I won't make it this month, my first, unless I do 7 miles everyday. I was sick and my toddler too so the challenge slipped out of my mind :(

    I'm planning on spiking today so I thought I better put in some exercise.

    Walked for 2+ miles on Friday but none yesterday. I am feeling achy and am going to take it easy again today. I hate being sick!

    Just stopping by to say hi. I've been sick and still don't feel very well. I'm doing what I can but most days lately I don't feel like doing anything (except sleep).

    Hello ladies can I join you I started Leslie Sansone - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk Saturday and have done 2 miles Saturday 2 on Sunday Yesterday I thought I'd mix some hand weights in and only managed 1 mile but felt the burn.

    This is a new DVD I tried and it uses the bands on Mile 2 & 4. Man! This is a major workout. I only got thru 3 miles and that wasn't with full intensity. I couldn't even do any arm movements in mile 3 until half way thru it.

    Goal: 85 miles

    Whew! Surpassed my goal, yay!!!!

    Today, 30 minutes on the Crossramp at the gym and 22 minutes of strength training, upper body and abdominals/back muscles.

    My goal for next month will be 800 minutes with varied forms of exercise (aquajog, walking, weight lifting, volleyball, etc.)

  • Hi! Let me know when March is set up. My goal for March is to do 2 miles with Leslie every morning Mon-Fri and possibly on the weekends. I also plan on walking in my neighborhood or on the treadmill in the evenings for a little extra boost and Pilates DVD 3 X a week. That is my March goal.

    I'm in. I did 2 miles for the month of February. I just started back walking on Monday. I so needed this group. This will help keep me motivated and focused. I did it by myself in 2010 and lost 10 pounds but gained it back after I had my son last summer .:flowerforyou:
