Cardio 1 is my least favorite. I have to say I actually didn't mind Cardio 2 and Cardio 3 is INTENSE! I was literally drenched and dripping with sweat afterwards but it felt awesome to get through it!

I do the cardio DVD and I also go to a Step class once a week and I run 1 to 2 times per week as well.

The blueberry banana muffins are my favorite. So good! I also love the pancakes and I tried the quinoa crunch this week and that was very good too! I bought the Master cookbook today and and am going to try a few of those recipes this week.

I'm super sore as well. Workouts 5 and 6 don't seem super hard until you can barely move some muscles a few days after.

Honestly, I thought Cardio 1 was just as hard as Cardio 2. Maybe it's because I've never had endurance so the 30 second circuits are much easier for me. Plus, I hated the suicides!

I've been following the meal plan to a T. I've noticed that my cravings are literally non-existent. I was a huge carb/bread/diet coke addict and I haven't had any of those things for 1 month and I don't miss it! I feel so much better.

It gets easier! I'm almost done with Week 4 and I was literally crying doing plank ups last week but now I can almost do them all. I still hate the cardio - it's the darn running mans and suicides that kill me! I would rather do my 60 minute step class! :-) I can't wait to see how much I love Cardio 2!! Just keep doing it…

Anyone following the 90 day meal plan strictly? I'm having a hard time finding all the ingredients. Also, can we still eat the foods from the kickstart plan?

Oh my gosh, I know! It took me 20 minutes to get the yogurt down! Where do you find low sodium nitrate free canadian bacon?

I received BR yesterday and I'm starting today. I just ate my first "kickstart" breakfast. I think the diet is going to be harder than I thought but it's only for 7 days. I can do this!
