  • Agreed! keep over 1200 net calories, lower your salt intake and ditch the scale. Salt makes you retain water really bad.   • personally I'm just worried about maintaining till after the holidays. Get my body not used to the "diet" anymore so when I start back up I get a loss boost instead of the uber slow loss. Really helps to get a jump-start when you're on a plateau.
  • Since this is such a busy time of year for everyone and holiday weight gain coming up I've decided to not do a November or December challenge.   • I totally feel you. I gained some and now I'm stuck. Don't get depressed about it or it will only get worse. Just relax and change up something in your routine. Another thing make sure when you hit the gym that you're doing cardio. Otherwise you'll burn calories but not fat. Good luck!

  • try shirataki noodles. they're made from konjac yams and are high in fiber and will fill you up without giving you extra calories.   • Well I've never played WoW but I am addicted to Dragons of Atlantis and Thirst of Night by Kabam and I play a lot of facebook games. I also have a Wii(with Wii fit!), a ps2, psp, and one of the gameboy thingies(but I only play Harry Potter Lego on it lol). So if that all counts then I'm a gamer too :D
