I have had depression for a long time, but technically wasn't diagnosed until I was a teenager. I am waiting for a dr. appt so I can get on meds. for that and anxiety. I want to get some motivation back in my life

I use a heart rate monitor also. It would be the most accurate. It is the watch w/ the band around the chest

Sounds like fluctuations. Also try sticking w/ only one scale. Its normal for weight to fluctuate that much. Also it may depend on your exercise also because if you are getting more muscle > muscle weighs more than fat

I think your profile pic says it all. After losing a few pounds, i gained it all back and got really mad at myself, but i dusted myself off and started all over. With his help i have accomplished so much, but have lots more to go. 72 pounds that is great. You have a lot to be proud of already. :smile:
