cant get back on the wagon

went to the gym today and sat in the locker room for 15 mins...then decided to walk on the treadmill but only last 15 mins before leaving then went home and ate like there is no tomorrow. i feel pathetic i just cant seem to get my motivation back. how do you get out of this rut

For me, sometimes there's something else that's bugging me, and the loss of motivation is just manifestation of another problem that needs to be dealt with.
Otherwise, you keep trying to do a little more than you did the day before. Go back to the gym tomorrow and challenge yourself to walk 20 minutes. Don't worry about how much or what you should do, but look to just do a little more.0 -
I think your profile pic says it all. After losing a few pounds, i gained it all back and got really mad at myself, but i dusted myself off and started all over. With his help i have accomplished so much, but have lots more to go. 72 pounds that is great. You have a lot to be proud of already.0
