Every. weekend. I am going to try to get better about it since football season is coming up and that could be a really bad thing! I think I am going to try to plan out my food ahead of time and log it to see where I fall. I have the app on my phone too.

I did the JM 30 Day Shred and am working on the Ripped in 30. They are amazing. ~30 minutes a day of circuit training. It was great to start with and build up my muscles. Now I do that and run :-) I lost a lot of inches, not so much weight as first because I was building so much muscle. They're only ~$8 on amazon.

I usually just pull up the restaurant's menu and work from there. I LOVE ribs, so I calculate it out so that I know how many I can have or if I'm eating a high cal meal, I only eat a portion of it.

She is in good, healthy condition. To be 125 and be overweight, your fat mass would have to be very high compared to your muscle mass. Wow! Way to go! I am doing the 30 day shred and I have only lost 1" off my hips/waist, so that is AWESOME that you have seen such a big difference. Keep it up!
