    Wow! Way to go! I am doing the 30 day shred and I have only lost 1" off my hips/waist, so that is AWESOME that you have seen such a big difference. Keep it up!

    wow awesome results, thanks for sharing, this has been a great motivator for me to get of my *kitten* and carry on with Jillian. I took nearly a month to do level 1 and then gave up :embarassed:

    Hi everyone! I just finished day 10 of the 30 day shred (ok...so it actually took me almost a month to do level one...but I am doing it) . I didn't see much of a difference from my front, but actually see some difference from my side. I have a long way to go, but it is at least encouraging! 10 days down, 20 to go!!

    Are you kidding me? This is after 10 days and you don't see much of a difference from the front ??!!?? Great job girl because the results are clearly evident ! Keep up the great work !
    I just bought the DVD yesterday ... primarily because of the results I see from people on here ... can't wait to post my very own results !!

    If you right click on the picture and select "Open in new window" it will show the whole picture! Great results! Now I want to do the 30ds. My sister loves it! Awesome!
