I decide what I am eating for the whole day and track it. I do not eat anything else that day that is not tract and I also weigh amounts.

Hi my name is Judy! I am 70 soon to be 71 I have been on fitnesspal on and off since 2004! when I stop tracking my calories I start putting the weight back on I started again 4/1/19 and lost 41 lbs. Now it is harder to loose it instead of 1lb a week like I did in the beginning it is maybe 1 to 2 lb a month. Good luck…

I lost 50 and gained it all back! started again in April lost 37 so far low carb is the only one that works for me. I don't exercise because if Arthritis.

I hear you I am back again too. I first joined in 2010 and lost a lot of weight and I have been back a couple time now I came back again 4/1/19! I just turned 70 and it is a lot harder now but I am determined to lose 30 lbs. Wish us luck!!

Hello I'm Judy this is my 4th day here. I have been here before and lost a lot of weight but gained it back the only way I can lose weight is by tracking my food every day. I want to lose about 30 lbs. Good luck on your journey!!

I was the same way up and down, this last year I drop 25-30 lbs I don't know if this has anything to do with the weight loss I was cutting down on food portions but I started drinking tea in between when I was hungry and it did fill me up and I noticed my weight started to come down.

I love beer too my pick is micelob ultra 12 0z. is 95 calories and 2.6 carbs, I like the taste. I only drink beer Saturdays when we go to the restaurant to eat, I use to drink a lot more before dieting.

I'm in, I stopped tracking in October big mistake and I gained (13 lbs) this is what happens when you don't track your food intake plus I have been eating sweets a big no no for me. So today I started back and I hope I can do this again I am determined.
