With the 80/10/10 you need to consume tons of calories. You should be eating 3000-3500 ideally.

First of all, good for you for making changes to better your life and health. It has to be tough with lack of support. To answer your question no M-F workouts isn't overdoing it. You are taking two days to recuperate. I will say don't work the same muscle groups on two consecutive days, otherwise you should be good to go.…
