finally the first week is done. Each morning I dread hitting play but afterwards I am sooooooooooo glad that I completed the days workout. This week I lost 4 pounds!!!! hope you guys are seeing results and will continue tomorrow.

this was a nice needed stretch day!!!!!!

day three is complete!! the workout seemed better for me than day two with the exception on moving push ups I still cant do them no matter how hard I try. but like angiecat01 stated its has more breaks so just push yourself if I had known that it would have made a huge difference to my workout.

soooooo my day 2. I thought the fit test was brutal but boy was I wrong. I had to take lots of break this morning. my goal for tomorrow is to take fewer breaks. I hope the rest of you guys were able to press on more than I did.

So glad I found this group. I did my fit test this morning. Oh my gosh the fit test was a killer. The worst part for me was the push up jacks I got a 0 as I can't do push up and jacks at the same time.
