so today I was able to last much longer during the exercise then I previously did. But that meant I burned out before ski jumps. Ski jumps and basketball hoops were my biggest challenges today. How about you guys?

Ok so the Fit test again. Overall I see improvement. I am only disappointed in the globe jump as I only got one set higher than last time. How did you guys do?

how is everyone pushing on? todays workout was good for me except the squat jumps who ever invented that move is not my friend lol

I did my workout early this morning and it was still a killer I thought that because I had done that workout earlier in the week I would be able to breeze through it but boy was I wrong. I was sweating during the warm up. It was a good exercise. I enjoyed and can see me getting faster.
