I got some kind of dissoluble drug under my tongue. No IV. GREAT stuff. I woke up when they needed me to, other than that, I slept through the deep cleaning, 2 fillings, and 2 wisdom teeth coming out. It was awesome. Recovery sucks, but you kinda expect that.

How'd did y'all start your deads with such low weight. I ask that from a height standpoint, not really weight. Seems like you'd have to set them on a box or maybe some weights to get the bar up higher. Or did you just start with it down that low and deal with it?

Other thing that worries me is eating as much as it says I should. Right now I'm not that hungry and eating 1450'ish a day. Which is what MFP says I should do. I've up'd my calories in MFP and spread it out into 6 meals to see how its going to work out and get ready. I plan on starting 5x5 next week.

As far as I know, most deli meats are pretty high in sodium. I've been pretty good with mine once I started paying attention to it. I eat mostly fish and chicken grilled or baked, so sodium usually isn't an issue unless i season it or marinade it. Use fresh or frozen veggies and lots of salads.
