Because I want to live long and die young. So getting into a mindset of eating well and, most importantly, exercising, is important for maintaining this goal. And also, I did not weigh this much when I arrived at varsity last year, I was between 59-64 kilos. I have gained 10 kilos and this weight just NEEDS TO GO!

I am going home soon and I am not registered with any gym there so I will try to keep to: 30 mins jogging/ speed-walking 5 times a week. (the most days that I will cut from this is 2, so a minimum of 3 days exercise) I will also squeeze in Taebo twice a week. My birthday is on Christmas day, so....gotta look fly!

It would really be great to go into digs so that I have total control over what I eat but I guess I will have to scrutinize the meals that I am served in the dining hall and go…

I stay in a university residence and eat from the dining hall. I have no idea how the food is prepared because sometimes their "health option" food is drenched in oil. How do I monitor my calorie intake and how do I measure my portions? (I have also opted to cutting out lunch and having 3 provitas and a cup of packet soup…

My name is Mma-tshepo and I am turning 27 in December. I am so glad that I discovered this site and am quite excited to get some help with losing weight. I decided to resume my studies last year and arrived at varsity weighing aproximately 60 kilos, I now weight 76.6 kilos. A lot of this weight gain can be attributed to…
