Hi I am 55 and found the 1st 10 pounds came off fast and then the next 8 was a lot harder. I reached a point when everyone was saying not to lose anymore. I myself have asked this question, I personnally don't worry to much on the sugar as long as it is coming from natural foods like fruit. It hasn't seemed to hinded my weigh loss.

Yes I think we all feel that way.. But you can have a free day once in a while, I find even on the free days I watch what I eat, but I let myself have a little treat..I take a rest day from exercise once a week also. Keep up the good work..

I tried a cheap one from Walmart 1st and it did the same thing, one day 700 calories and the next 100. I chose to get a polar with a chest strap for more accuratcy and love it.. Well worth the money to keep track of calories and HR.

I don't add my job as exercise, I consider this as a everyday thing. I only add exercise that I take the time to do, as exercise (running, walking, weights etc) and yes I eat those calories, they are fuel for the body.

Personally I would do something if you are not to sore, even if it is just a mile or so, I find if I don't I feel worse than if I would have just done alittle..Keep up the good work!!!
