ok I am back
been on vacation this month and gained 3 pounds back, so today is back to work for me... I have found I don't have the energy I do when I exercise daily, the only thing is I am back on a 8 day vacation in 4 days, but will try to get some exercise in and also make healthier choices in food...

what is everyone doing
I am not sure what rations I should be at with protein, carbs, and fats..I feel I need more protein, I run 3-4 miles a day and alternate abs one day and strength training the next with 8 lb weighs.

question for anyone 50 or so
I was wondering if there is any hope to do something about this loose skin?? I know I am over 50 and the elasticity is somewhat gone but is there anything to do about it without surgery..

BMI /body fat
what is the difference? my scale says my body fat is different everyday..at 113 it says 24.7%, when I was 115 it said 23.4%..my BMI on MFP says 20 something %

Just wondering which one to start off with, classic or lean..I have been doing alot of cardio for 3 months now, not alot of strengh training, just 5 lb weighs for upper body..I like cardio and was wondering if I should start of with lean.

TOO MUCH SUGAR
I am eating good I think until i look at the sugar??? I usually have a banana, apple or pear, strawberries, maybe cherries or blueberries in a day and am going over on sugar by 80 grams.. Is this bad where it is from fruit and not refined..I have no refined sugar at all..

so is ab crunches considered strenth training?
Just read to do weight -strength training 1st then cardio, I usually do cardio, abs, then upper weights but if it is better to do opposite I will try that

HRM in zone
Is there a certain amount of time you should stay in zone for best results? I am usually in zone 50-57 minutes.

cardio everyday?
I was wondering about doing cardio everyday, I have been told to do it every other day and give my body a rest. I have been doing 60 minutes everyday 3-4 miles. I also do upper body every other day and abs everyday.. I don't feel as good if I skip the cardio and just do the upper and lower body. but if I am hurting myself…

polar hrm compared to treadmill monitor
OMG I just purchased a polar HRM and today compared it to my treadmill--- polar said I burnt 350 calories and my treadmill said 700... I have been going by my treadmill ffor calories. I go for 60-65 minutes and 4 miles so I have been really working hard I thought... anyway just to let you know the difference

protein
I alway seem to go over on the protein but not anything else. I actually have 700-900 calories left but no protein. I only eat maybe a chicken breast or something similar low in fat and carbs.
