BMI /body fat

what is the difference? my scale says my body fat is different everyday..at 113 it says 24.7%, when I was 115 it said 23.4%..my BMI on MFP says 20 something %

Body fat % is body fat %, BMI is the ratio of weight to height. BMI is a flawed calculation and only good for very general estimates.
Course, scales that do electrical impedance (most home scales use this method) can have a rather large margin for error, I wouldn't put much stock in a 1% change from a scale. They can vary based on how hydrated you are greatly.0 -
