I seem to top my sugar "goal" very easilyy even though the only sugar I'm consuming is natural, such as in milk or fruit. Any thoughts?

I myself have asked this question, I personnally don't worry to much on the sugar as long as it is coming from natural foods like fruit. It hasn't seemed to hinded my weigh loss.0

Thanks. I'm going to monitor the number, but I'm not concerned at this point.0

I was just wondering that same thing. For the most part, I have a lot of fruits and other items that are "no sugar added". I get 40g of sugars for the day, but with a cup of cherries saying it's 15g, it freaks me out. So it's almost like we should have a category for good sugars and bad sugars. On the bad news end, it looks like I shouldn't be eating my Fiber One cereal at 13g of sugar per serving. Eek! It seems the the manufacturers put sugar in everything.0
