I also started in Jan. 2012 but have only lost 32 pounds so I'm a little behind you. Congradulations doesn't it make you happy, and you are not loosing it quickly so it will be easier to maintain. I always tell myself one pound at a time. Good luck and be sure to give a shout out when you hit goal.

Yes currently, but it is weight/mind plateau. I've wandered away went over not only calories but also type foods. I know I'm doing it and trying to stop. I notice I'm consuming to many sugars/fiber and until I get back to healthly eating my scales will either stay or go up.

So much helpful information. I think for me drinking 16ozs of water to every cup of my coffee is a good plan. Now if I'm able to do that is a different story. Oh my gosh I drink so many cups of black coffee a day so I should start counting them as water. If thats the case I drink way over 8 glasses a day. I know I should cut back on my coffee but I love it so much and it keeps me warm.
