Dealing with the 8 glasses of water a day
Does it really have to be water. I drink a fair amount of black coffee and maybe a diet coke once a day. I just don't like the thought of drinking water some days. I don't know why. Coconut Milk - Good for the mind
I was told recently that drinking 8 ozs per day helps you think clearer and possibly helps against such things as dementia and alzheimers. Has anyone seen any information on this.
