Foods high in protein?

Options
I'm looking for foods high in protein, but substancial.. It seems that eating foods that are heavy helps me not to crave so much. Protein Bars and shakes just make me want to eat more. I know the standard chicken, fish ,but I'm looking for something different. I know how it feels to be satisfied but it doesn't happen enough so I think finding those foods may help. Of course it needs to be simple for a hetic schedule. All comments are appreciated.

    Egg whites
    Fish
    Chicken (not the skin)
    Low fat dairy such as milk, yogurt and cottage cheese
    Legumes and beans such as lentils, kidney beans, peas and soy beans
    Soy products such as tofu and soy milk
    Nuts, for example almonds, walnuts, cashews and peanuts (careful they are also high in fat)
    Seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower and flax
