I'm looking for anyone in their 50's that are dealing with RA. I had a small flare yesterday in my ankles, I was extreemly tired and had severe body aches like the flu. I remained at work the entire day cooked supper and went straight to bed. I feel much better this morning. I think walking the parking garage at work may have contributed to the flare. I'm walking 4 flights of stairs at work at least once a day, but know that isn't enough. I have a salt water pool but it's to chilly to get in. I'm planning on returning to the gym and working on the eliptical and 2 bikes but I still have to get in Strength Training. Does anyone have any ideas on the best strenght training for me? I would love to add friends to MFP that have to deal with RA if you are out there.
