i love it. My fav is the Gingerade. I am vegan so I cut out yogurt a few years ago. Its a good replacement. Also less calories if you are looking into that as well. It is expensive but eating healthy now outweighs the price of high doctor bills later.

I agree with this. Replace a few workouts with yoga for about two weeks and continue to get rest. And up your cards. Usually when you need more energy good cards will do the trick. Warning: Yoga can be addictive so you may like it so much that you stick with it =) Good luck to you

it looks like you need more cardio. try doing cardio 3 times a week. if you have hit a plateau then it should hit you over the hump

It is very time consuming. I usually do all my juicing at night before bed. With smoothie I make enough to at least drink two servings from it to ensure that it is as fresh as possible.

I love my body bugg!!!! I use it hand and hand with MFP. You can log your foods on your body bugg but Id rather do it here. I track my calories burned and it has helped me to keep on track with my goals. I would recommend it!

I suggest reading this book called Skinny *****, by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. It will explain the reason for craving addictions. She also promotes veganism but if you skip to chapter 10 it will explain why we have these addictions and how it hinders own weight loss goals. Good luck

I agree with the zig zag.. Also you need to change up your workouts every 3 to 4 weeks to avoid plateaus.
