I know this feeling. Since I have started this journey I have had a select few friends that have been FANTASTIC and essential to the loss I have had so far. I think its so much easier having ppl that can relate to you and are going through the same things, It keeps you focused and spurs you on also if your in a tricky spot…

Today ill be boring and have lemon and sugar but my fav are with tinned cherries in syrup and ice cream yum yum yum! Saying that when I make the thick pancakes i have butter and maple on them but as i said not today.

Its an old tradition, people would use up what was left over in there larders ready for fasting. (thats about as much as I know hehe)

The pancakes I made came out at 69 cals each. 112g plain flour 210ml of skimmed milk 90ml water 2 eggs made 9 and cooked each one with 2 sprays of sunflower fry light (the calories include the frylight)

Use mfp to reserch the different food options you enjoy so you can order with a plan and your not sitting staring at the menu saying should I shouldnt I.Then you will know the cals your going to use b4 hand and can aslo plan your other meals according also do a little extra exercise too if it possible. depriving yourself…

maybe take something so you feel you are having a treat and that your no deprived. Yes pack a healthy packed lunch but look into some healthier treat for example weight watchers do some lovely things like choc jaffa mini rolls only 77 cals.

If it because you are out drinking then forward plan b4 hand look into calories in spirits and mixers and decide what your going to drink, Also make sure you do lots of dancing as this will help burn those extra cals. Be careful weighing in everyday. Your weight can fluctuate once a week will give you more accurate progress, saying that if it motivates you and dosnt dis hearten you then go for it!:bigsmile: I personally only weigh once a week otherwise I get fed up and give up :frown:

Abit of what everyone has said really drink plenty, lots of fiber + protein and try eating little and often. Good luck you can do it!
