I had a great day yesterday. First day in ±8 days that I had no stomach cramps. I had a very good run and was well within my calorie goal for the day. I burned more than 700 calories and only ate ±50 back.

Tks. Make it 50,000. It is winter here and quite cold. We are also so restriced with Covid lockdown rules and it is not always possible to get out and getting the step count up. With so many places closing globaly due to Corona, the chances are good that you will be able to have that date extended. At least this is what some companies in South Africa are doing where events etc were cancelled due to the virus
