Hi team! Every now and again I'm going to start a Round Table Conversation. Last week I brought us back to grade school and suggested a Show & Tell topic.

(If you haven't done so or you missed this post)Please post a picture of a tool(food/trick) that you have discovered to be crucial in your weight loss journey. Please present your item and tell the class a story representing your item 😊.

Mine was a water counting water bottle. I absolutely hate water and this has been a game changer for me because it made it easier to surpass the goal to drink half my body weight in ounces. It's a 20oz water bottle by Zak! that I purchased at Walgreens, but I'm sure you can purchase something like it on Amazon or wherever.

Today is my weigh in day!

I live in Nebraska and we just had our fist case of community spread of the virus over the weekend. This have been crazy this past week and I work at the University so work is bonkers. It is 9am here and as i type this im getting up the courage to go as my boss if i can work from home. We are supposed to be business as usual this week and remote work the rest of the semester, but I am super anxious and am hoping that I can start early.

Stay safe and stay healthy everyone! Please remember, social distancing works, and listen to scientists not anyone else!

    @sekotsjd another wonderful weigh in!!!

I hope you can be working from soon! Wishing you the best from CT! Stay safe! :)

    3/15 Mini challenge

    Under calories: No
    Exercise: yes
    Steps: 11,600

This will be an interesting week! My kids are on spring break, I am working from home some and then off for a few days. I struggle on weekends, without a regular schedule, so I feel like this is going to be one big extended weekend! Going to do my best to no eat and drink like I'm on continuous vacation! :D Of course that will roll right into the following week, where school will still be out, so it will certainly be a challenge! Going to our regularly scheduled tennis lesson tonight though, so at least I will be getting some exercise!

    Under: yes
    Exercise: yes
Steps: 7,160(I believe this is actually supposed to be higher, because my Samsung health is showing a higher step count...) 🤷‍♀️
    Water: 80oz

Our state will be shutting down all bars, eat-in restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, etc, starting at 8pm tonight. Things are becoming unreal, but I think these precautions are completely necessary. I have a mother-daughter spa day in Thursday, but we will most likely have to postpone it... the deal I got on it is only good until April 16th... we will make our decision on Wednesday...

Continuing to wish you all the best!!!

It's a Sole F63. Nothing fancy but found a decent one on a local Facebook yard sale page

Does it allow you to click on the image portrait icon? You should be able to just click on that and select your image

With so many places closing globaly due to Corona, the chances are good that you will be able to have that date extended. At least this is what some companies in South Africa are doing where events etc were cancelled due to the virus

@petrocoetsee when I was at work yesterday, they left a message that they were closing the spa/resort. At this point I am not worried about what happens with it-and long as we are protecting ourselves/others.

How are you guys handling things there?

Yesterday, my work announced that we will recieve 80 additional sick hours, and part timers will recieve 40. I don't know if we will continue to stay open, but they've cut down on our operating hours. We will see 🤷‍♀️
