The title of this thread "Begin again... again" describes my journey to a T. I go at it hard... almost get to my goal then something happens that causes me to lose focus on it. Sorry I missed this comment. Yes I do. I’ve had neck issues since I was a kid and injured it. It doesn’t flare up often unless im working out. It used to only flare up if I really pushed myself. But now it doesn’t take much. I’m trying to toughen up!!!

Mine was more of an hour long stroll due to headache that i can't kick. Headaches and migraine are always what derail my workout progress but i'm trying really hard to not let it this time! I never get them unless i workout... no matter how much water i drink It's a neck muscle issue. Stretching doesn't prevent but helps.…

Today was a struggle. Didn’t go hard but did it.

Glad to have a rest day. Yesterday we went for an hour hike, cleaned the gardens out and went for a swim. Phew. Today is rest but I’m cleaning all day.

Are you guys finding it harder to do now or is it getting easier? (Referring to the jogging portion) I’m finding it depends on how I feel that day but I’m not as intimidated and looking forward to them.

My family has decided to join my walks (and use their phone to use the Jurassic park Dino hunting app). So today was quite enjoyable. We went for almost an hour.

For some reason this app hasn’t been allowing me to sign in since yesterday morning. But I’ve done all my walks!!

I just did a mild walk today. Will go harder tomorrow. I feel like I’m fighting a migraine so didn’t want to push it. So I’m switching my rest day. I think I pushed it too hard yesterday during my run. Need to learn to let my body get used to things before pushing my limit.

8 years on MFP. 11 years happily married. Although sometimes when i'm clean eating, my marriage isn't as happy as when we can sit on the couch eating junk food together. hahaha

Today is a nice easy 15 min walk so I’m going to force my family to join me tonight. After that it’s a rest day for the weekend!!

Awesome!!! I definitely like doing my walk/run challenge in the morning better before I’ve eaten anything. Felt like I was going to puke during the running portion. Yikes. But thankfully I didn’t and made it through.

Today is a rest day which times out perfectly since it’s (kitchen) date night for me and I don’t want to pass out by 9pm. 😂
