Mine was more of an hour long stroll due to headache that i can't kick. Headaches and migraine are always what derail my workout progress but i'm trying really hard to not let it this time! I never get them unless i workout... no matter how much water i drink It's a neck muscle issue. Stretching doesn't prevent but helps. Anywhoooo... going to make up for it tomorrow. Have a great weekend everyone!

I did a leisurely walk with the dog and after dinner the 45 minutes power walk at home.
Do you wear sunglasses when you are out for a walk? I get a migraine if I don’t.

Sorry I missed this comment. Yes I do. I’ve had neck issues since I was a kid and injured it. It doesn’t flare up often unless im working out. It used to only flare up if I really pushed myself. But now it doesn’t take much. I’m trying to toughen up!!!

Had a very stressful business day so the HIIT was just what I needed to get the anger out of my system when I got home. Who knew.. 🤪

30 min HIIT felt great. Anyone else having trouble accessing the Community section on MFP lately? Half the time I get a 'not available at this time' message

I saw the "6-week Belly Fat Blasting Walking plan" on myfitness pal. Has anyone tried it?
I was thinking of starting it next Monday (May 25, 2020).
I'm SUPER out of shape... so if anyone wants to join me that would be great!

I've just started a few days ago. Actually been walking for a long time, but thought this structure was an interesting change.

Hey, this is great to get you moving. But please don't expect any miracles like a slim belly from it. I walk something like 15-20km every Saturday, and I've not noticed that on my belly yet. Basically you lose bodyfat by eating less. You also can't decide where the fat will come off. But walking, or any exercise is great for for your health.

You do a long walk once a week. I think the idea here is to spread some activity over the whole week.

Done with HIIT day. I never could figure out the difference between a power walk and a jog, so it wasn't pretty but managed to run a little!

Yes, it's only been a few days but I'm trying to maintain the difference between the various types of walk.

I use the app and when that happens I close the app and restart and it is fine.

Today we have a 45 minute power walk or as MFP likes to call it very brisk walk for those of us who are in week 5. Make sure you do a 2-3 minutes warm up and cool down. Good luck.

    30 minute power walk today.
I have an inflamed Achilles tendinitis. I ordered braces from amazon last night but it is not coming in until Friday. I have to the toe power walking I guess.

Yesterday was a 45 minute easy walk which I missed since I was driving, today is a 30 minutes power walk. I am going to try to do both today.

Today so far 60 minutes of walking. Last year I was doing 15,000 to 20,000 a day of fast walking. Now I will be taking my time to build up to that. Happy walks today everybody. :)

The power walk was easy. I did jogging instead on my toe. The leisurely walk was very painful even with braces.
