I saw the "6-week Belly Fat Blasting Walking plan" on myfitness pal. Has anyone tried it?
I was thinking of starting it next Monday (May 25, 2020).
I'm SUPER out of shape... so if anyone wants to join me that would be great!

Hey, this is great to get you moving. But please don't expect any miracles like a slim belly from it. I walk something like 15-20km every Saturday, and I've not noticed that on my belly yet. Basically you lose bodyfat by eating less. You also can't decide where the fat will come off. But walking, or any exercise is great for for your health.14

Thank you. Yes the name is misleading. I’m more so trying to get moving than aiming for a flat tummy. 😊7

Good luck Megan!! Way to commit!! 💪1

Today is a rest day which times out perfectly since it’s (kitchen) date night for me and I don’t want to pass out by 9pm. 😂0
-
I caught up with yesterday’s power walk this morning. All set for tomorrow.1
-
It is pouring here today so I will be doing indoor 15 minutes HIIT walk2
-
Jumping in late here, but I walk most days, so ready to start with a HIIT day3
-
Great job Megan!
Welcome spygirl!
It’s pouring here too but it’s looking like the rain will stop at 4pm so I’m going to do the HIIT walk then.2 -
Sprinkling here in Colorado, but just finished first HIIT walk, and I have to say, felt great-- much more effective than my daily 'relaxed' walk2

Awesome!!!
I definitely like doing my walk/run challenge in the morning better before I’ve eaten anything. Felt like I was going to puke during the running portion. Yikes. But thankfully I didn’t and made it through.1 -
Didn’t get to start until 8:30 pm; Too busy with work but got it done.1
-
Today is a nice easy 15 min walk so I’m going to force my family to join me tonight.
After that it’s a rest day for the weekend!!2 -
Done. I walk my dog twice a day on a leisurely walk anyway.1
