Had thoughts of walking this evening but there was a terrible downpour of rain.

    Treadmill time instead.

I couldn’t do the 60 minutes easy walk. It was still in the 90+ last night at 10 pm. I walked for 52 minutes.
I will be doing the 30 minutes optional power walk today.

I did a 30 minutes run instead yesterday.
My take now that it is done.. It is a great way to add variety to your daily walk especially if you are a beginner.
I didn’t expect a miracle starting this and I might not be the best person to report about the belly fat reduction since I am a small frame girl. I didn’t see muscle firmness as a result of this.

Thank you so much to everyone for keeping this going. I had so many issues trying to log on to myfitness pal that i gave up trying to get on for the last couple weeks. I reported my issues and it finally seems to be working today again (First time i can log on past 8am in forever). Regardless i thankfully had the charts saved in my phone and have completed all walks besides one on my birthday. That's my only food cheat day too. I've been doing great! Feel great even though my weight loss has stalled. Definitely feel improved cardio!!!

Just did the 45 minute routine, but really haven't been sticking to the schedule at all.
