Thanks for all the advice! The only reason I am really stressing, is I am finally back on track and starting to lose again after reaching my goal, then gaining 25lbs back. And I gained them back by not planning and caring what I ate anymore. Great tips here! :)

I alternated between Jillians Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, and her No More Trouble Zones. It completely transformed my body.

I use the App, and have a HRM. The calories burned are actually pretty accurate. If anything, they are usually less than what my HRM tells me.

I love her. I alternate between No More Trouble Zones, Killer Buns and Thighs and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. I also run 1-2x's a week. I have gotten great results.

I add water to it to make it like PB, and dip my apples in it. Or add water and chia seeds and eat it with a spoon. On a side note....I tried Almond butter, and it is amazing! More cals, but tons of health benefits.

I drink 1-2 cups black before I workout. That is my coffee for the day usually, since I normally workout around 9-930am. It gives me an extra boost and motivation.

Yikes, that seems so high. The highest I've seen mine, is like 167. On a run. Is your HRM functioning normally? Like have you had it for a while?

I love it! It is great cardio. Broken into circuits, but no weights. It will get your heart pumping for sure!!

I'm 5'4. Started at 163lbs after having my 3rd baby. My goal was 135. When I got there I changed it to 130..when I got there I changed it to 125..LOL. I am at 128 now...I'd like 120, but I will be content at 125. I feel great.

I'm in for a wine group!! I drink wine a lot, 5oz of chardonnay or pinot grigio is usually 120-125. Wine is amazing. :)

I'm a little anxious about it, but I try to remember that it is ONE day. Exercise, and use portion control. I plan on eating what I want, just going to try not to overdue it. And I will be having wine for sure. Just get on track the next day. These days are going to happen.

I am 3lbs from goal weight. I drink 4 times per week...sometimes a little, sometimes a lot...sometimes less. It hasn't slowed me down. I watch my food that day and I exercise 7 days a week. The only risks I see are binging when drunk, or feeling to ****ty the next day to exercise.

I know Jillian says if you need a break, def. take one...I know on Ripped in 30, she says one day off a week. I wanted to see what I could achieve doing every day...there was one day I didn't do it, but other than that it was every day. You can do it!

Thank you! Some days I also jogged/walked on the tredmill for 30 min. or did another 20 minute exercise dvd. But then a lot of days I just did the shred. If I felt like I needed more exercise (or exercise cals..LOL) I did more. But I made sure I did the shred every day. I did 10 days of each level. :) Level 2 was the…

I just finished yesterday. I bought JM shred and shed (2 45min. workouts) and RI30. I'm planning on one day RI30+jogging on the tredmill. Then do the JM shred and shed....if I get a decent calorie burn from that, that is all I'll do...otherwise I'll do something else with it.

I do...I have a HRM. You should, stretching/cooling down still burns calories.

Bump! What section of the grocery store would you find actual cinnamon sticks? I shop at Walmart regularly and haven't seen them.

I'm almost done w/the 30 day shred...I've gotten amazing results. I'm doing Ripped in 30 next. I also love Denise Austin's Boot Camp...that is a great workout.
