Hey ya'll. I have done most of Jillian's workouts. I now alternate between Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, and running. I have heard of Jillian's Body Revolution, which is 90 days. Has anyone done this, and how were the results??

I only have 5-10lbs to lose, and want to continue tone up. Any opinions are welcome!

Glad to see someone else is starting this series too! I'm just waiting for it in the mail. I have been researching this and saw great pictures of people before and after! I love jillian and trust that she'll kick my *kitten* in a workout! Let me know how its going for you and i'll let you know the same!! :)

I am halfway through it and started with about 5-10 lbs to lose as well and have lost 7 of them. I think it's great.

I'm on week 2. I am not doing the meal plan part though. I really like it. This is my 2nd round. My first round I didn't have any weight left to lose but just needed toning and it toned me really good. This time around I need to lose 20lbs since I just had a baby 7.5wks ago, I have noticed a difference. I feel stronger and started toning. Weeks 1&2 is beginner level so I have not seen any difference in scale since it doesn't push me hard, but like I said, I notice a difference in my body.

I'm on weeks 11/12. Have enjoyed it! Lost around 15 pounds so far. Feel free to pm any questions. There's a group on here too.

I'm on week 2 of Body Revolution. I've completed Jillian's Ripped in 30 a few times so these first few weeks are not really challenging me and I"m worried I"m not seeing a weight loss with the change in program but I also know that she WILL kick my *kitten* and get me in better shape. So far weeks 1-2 strength are not incorporating enough cardio/plyo for me but I'm thinking that will change soon. I am not following the diet plan, just the workouts. Nice to know others on here are working her program! :)

I'm in the last two weeks of her BR. I recommend it. You will trim up, as long as you follow a good diet plan with it and give it your best effort. :)

I'm on week four and I love it. I definitely feel a difference in my body, and I'm getting so much stronger. I'm hearing month 2 and 3 is where you see the real results so looking forward to that.

I'm just finishing up Week 2. Since I'm already fit, I did all of the advanced modifications in Workouts 1 & 2. Added plyo to the squats, used 3-pound weights with the cardio moves, added impact to the low-impact cardio moves, held weights on the Warrior 2, etc. This made them much more challenging. Not trying to lose more weight, just improve body composition, but I've lost 2 pounds and about 0.2" off of each measurement since I started 2/25 and can see more definition already. I highly recommend JMBR! This system really works because you alternate front-of-the body, back-of-the-body, and cardio workouts so each group of muscles has plenty of time to recover (3 days) before being worked again. This is where the magic happens!

Since I'm in maintenance, I don't follow her diet plan. I need about 2100-2300 calories a day to maintain, maybe more. I walk/run to and from work every day, so I burn about 3500 calories per week total.

I just hit my week mark today and I am pairing that with Body By Vi but I'm already down almost 3 lbs. I love it! I have a bad left knee so some of it is hard but it's worth it!
