I know whenever I lose weight & inches, I feel pretty darn good about myself. I've also had lots of problems w/ time management & focus, but ever since I started dieting and working out, my time managing is slightly better, but I feel like I can focus a lot more. It's like I've learned how to prioritize myself better. :D

I know w/ me I learned that if I'm not losing a lot of weight, but I'm losing the inches, then I'm still doing something right. I know it runs in my family to be "dense" so the scales may say we're heavy, but we may not look it. Congrats on your progress! Keep it up! ;)

I know it's hard not to freak out when you see that you gained 4 lbs in a week. From what I've observed after being on here, the fruits & veggies have the lowest calories.
