To be honest, the fact that you were brave enough to get to the STARTING line let alone fit enough to get to the finish line, is pretty brilliant as far as I'm concerned.. Give yourself some credit! Well done. x

I'm 23, from Ireland. Been here a few months. Always happy to have new friends, and particularly at the moment looking for friends in their 20s and a few more guys, get a bit of gender balance on here! :) Also, anyone else trying to do this while completely BROKE?

Well you may find a healthier diet may lead to you putting on a little more fat, but that's not a bad thing, you'll still look beautiful even with a bit more fat. And gaining muscle is great too. I'd agree with people saying you should try and get in some weight training, but do take it into account and up your food intake…

Sounds like you have a lot of exercise already! Set your activity level at pretty high, go for a 1lb/week loss, and stick to the calories it gives you. Calorie deficit is calorie deficit. You can do it :)

I know it sounds boring and predictable but... yoghurts and fruit. I had to force myself with the fruit at first but that was a mental block more than a taste one... I guess best thing I've done is start checking labels in supermarkets and constantly trying new things to keep myself interested! :)

I had a big occasion last night, knew I was going to drink a lot, I worked out for over 2 hours, and did everything I did all day in a more active way, so I knew I could drink guilt free! Don't skimp on food, just try and work it off :)

I'm guessing for me the 80s were a glorious seven months of sleeping, pooing, and drinking formula milk. Now, I love lots of amazing 80s music. So all-in-all pretty cool. However it was the late 90s and early 00s when I discovered all this awesome 80s music so they were pretty cool times too....
