Fitness and Menstrual Cycle Changes
Since I started this, my cycle has gone from a 30-day, to a 28-day, to this month (having upped my cardio and strength) a 24-DAY cycle! Is it possible that the diet and exercise and a little loss (6.5lbs) could have changed my cycle?! Have any other women found their cycle has changed since starting this?

Green Smoothie Recipes?
I have heard people talking about these for a while, and today I was reading about it. I grow some veg so it won't cost me any extra to add it in, and I think it could be a good way to get more of it in my diet. I'm lacking in iron so any way of getting more dark greens in is a great idea! But I don't know where to start…

Logging the Strength Exercises

Number of sets I understand, repetitions per set I understand, but Weight/Rep I don't really get... what am I meant to put in there? The weight of what I'm lifting- In one…

Quitting Smoking while changing food/exercise habits
I have been smoking for about ten years, and while I'm pretty low dependency (5 or less a day unless around other smokers, having drinks etc), I'd really like to give up, for my own sake and for the sake of my asthmatic other half. I've tried before and though I don't smoke that much it's *really bloody hard!* I'm not sure…

Anyone else in Ireland?
Ok, well, I'm introducing myself.... I'm 22, female, 14 stone, a smoker, a comfort eater, and finally fed up of being fed up. Am starting in the gym next week, doing workouts at home, and trying to change my eating habits. Quiting smoking will come soon. Can't do it all at once!! I'm not aiming for thin, I'm just aiming…
