Weird question...

I've found that in certain places on my body like on my back, and around my ribs, (while I haven't gotten too much smaller) the fat that is there is sort of softer and wibblier- is that normal, a good/bad sign? I'm not too worried just seems kind of odd...

    It's perfectly normal.

This would be a great read for you.

  • Thank you, interesting read! I haven't noticed any stalls or whooshes, I've had a fairly solid nothingness for months. I think I look a bit smaller in places but weight has barely budged, probably because I'm exercising for the first time since I was a child and building muscle quite quickly. This is the first major change I've noticed so I was curious. Hopefully it does mean I'm about to start showing some difference in these areas.

    Thanks again!

No problem! I just gave you the article mainly for the last part about the "Squishy Fat" but at least if you ever do hit a stall, not to worry about it! ; )
