I have a Body Sculpture 'Twist Stepper' machine at home, just dug it out after a few years and had a go, but now I don't know how to log it on MFP. Any ideas?

Do you have a heart rate monitor? If so, wear it during exercise and then just enter it: HRM-twist stepper. Personalize your exercises!! Good luck, it sounds fun!!0

If its a mini step machine with pedals that you walk on, but they're angle slightly to add a twist, then log it as elliptical - thats what I was told to log my lateral thigh trainer as (exact same machine, different name lol)0

When and if you want to get one, I bought mine online, but recently saw them at Target, the Polar brand. They are great, give you accurate calorie burn. Make sure you get one with a chest strap. I think they are around $100, I hated to spend that much money, but I'm glad I did. I really started to shed the pounds with exercise when I had the accurate calorie burn, I think I was eating more with the estimating of the exercise. It really does matter when you take into consideration your height and weight when calculating your calorie burn. Best wishes in your endeavor!!!0
