I have tried it! I lost a few pounds. Maybe 5-7. I had much more success with the Green Bean Coffee one. Now I am on to Body By Vi and am down 10 more pounds! Good luck at finding something that works for you!!! Exercise and nutrition go hand and hand though and cant be left out of the equation! VERY VERY important!

I am walking/running the Walk for a Cure(Huntington's Disease)on November 3rd at Constellation Stadium (home of the Sugar Land Skeeters). Thank you so much. I know I havent gained it all back. I just FEEL horrible, and I feel I LOOK horrible. I was getting to a point where i felt confident in what I was wearing and now I am back to big and baggy to hide my weight gain. Do they have a pill form of motivation that I can take? lol, No really....do they? lol

Lesbian here. I Really dont have any issues because I Dont change at the gym, nor shower. also, most people looking at ME wouldnt assume I am gay? Now my partner (obviously people know since she is MUCH more masculine then me).

and I See you are not tracking your sodium. Add that in, and you will be AMAZED how much sodium we eat on a daily basis. Of course this retains water and could be a culprit in why you arent seeing anything.

Kris, same thing happened to me for THREE months. I upped my calories and decreased my work out. That still didnt work. I went on vacation for a week. Didn't log (but was mindful of what I was eating) and ate at my maintenance calories (which is like 2020), and made sure I drank my 8 cups of water and BAM, a 2 pound loss…

DEf. up your calories. Thats what I did when i hit a plateau after losing 30ish pounds. Give it a try for a couple weeks and see if you see any movement that way, and if you dont drop it back down. Make sure you are eating back your exercise calories and NEVER EVER net below 1200 calories.

when I go to the gym after work I burn between 400-800 calories. Then once a week I will stay longer a do a 1,000 calorie burn. I exercise to eat. thats bad hu??? haha

I pre log my menu, but very rarely pre log my exercise. I go after work myself, and usually know what I can "spend" for dinner and night time snacks. Thats the worse time of the day for ME so it usually works out fine. Good luck to you!!!! This stuff is hard work!

I always tan before. And no, they dont provide. They do have some for sale though (although I am not sure on price). I did try tanning a few times afterwards and I Was just sooo hot and sweaty that I Dont think any of my lotion stayed on.
