Varies with the intensity but I think this morning's run (9.17km in 57 min) was somewhere around 780.0

Are you looking at calorie burn for a day or for an activity?0

I do 30 minutes of Turbo Jam or Jillian Michaels almost everyday and burn 240-290 in calories. I burned more with running, but I have this pesky foot pain that keeps me from running!0

Usually varies Zumba classes that range 45-60 minutes burn anywhere between 350-550 calories.
An hour on the treadmill (jogging/walking) usually burns around 500.
30 min strength or circuit training burns from 180-250.
I wear a Body Bugg so I can get more accurate calorie burns.0 -
It depends on the workout I do.... but on average when I do a 60 minute cardio I burn somewhere between 900-1000 and during 30 minute cardios between 350-550.0

It's hard to compare that since speed, heart rate, and your size affect it so much. That sounds similar to my burn when I am jogging with a little bit of walking. When I "run" ie, 8.5-9.5 minute miles I burn much more than that, but my HR is up to 180-190 range sometimes. I did a 10K (6.2 miles) in 56 minutes and burned 900 calories, but when I jog 3 miles in 40 minutes I will only burn 300. I'm pretty small right now though because I am aggresively training for a 180 mile bike ride and my first triathlon. When I am heavier I burn more - and get to eat more0

that's because you are not eating enough. you need to eat back most or all of your workout calories or else your body starts to store anything you eat because it's not getting enough.
From what you say you are only netting 300 calories a day! That's starving your body0 -

That's because you don't eat enough. See the many, many threads about eating more to weigh less or anything entitled "should I eat back my exercise calories?"0 -
I average around 7-10 calories per minute for intense cardio, 5-8 for moderate.0

I burn between 400-500.0

when I go to the gym after work I burn between 400-800 calories. Then once a week I will stay longer a do a 1,000 calorie burn. I exercise to eat. thats bad hu??? haha0

This morning, I ran for 19 minutes and burned 400 calories. If I ran that pace for an hour, I'd burn 1200 calories, and cover ~10 miles.
That's about 1.4 kcal/kg/km, which seems really high.0
