First, I stick to a strict workout schedule, but thats only to KEEP a shcedule and MAKE SURE I go to the gym as I should. For me leaving it open to 'exercise whenever' will just lead to me pushing it off. Thats just me though and I have to keep myself in check! :) As far as your frequency in your workouts, you have to give…

I use HEX Dumbbells and the Perfect Pushup, but its really the same concept. I say get them. Anything the gets you higher at your starting point and lower/deeper into the motion is good. It DEF DOES help with wrist pain too.

Amazing! Well Done!

Add to that when they sit around on a particular piece of equipment and chat....about how they were 'in shape' back in the day or blah blah blah......How about you get done and move on. HATE IT

Ok. When I use that machine do a minute with both arms and legs, a minute with just arms, and then a minute with just legs. Then its "Rinse, Wash, Repeat" continuing the cycle until I go the distance or time I want to. I get one HELLUVA sweat so I KNOW what I am doing is way more than what the machine is telling me.
