  • I would like to come on board. I turned 78 on January 26th. I just can't seem to get in the proper frame of mind. I need to be accountable and stay focused. How do I begin? Current weight: 223.4 Challenge weight: 213.4
  • I'M IN. I have been successful on Phase I in the past but somehow whenever I go to Phase 2, the only thing I lose is "track". :smile: I have to stay focused and by posting my meals and sharing, I will be accountable.
  • Love this cake. I used 2 tablespoons of diet cream soda instead of water. Found that the cake came higher and softer. The soda activates the angelfood cake. I topped it with a 1/4 of banana and a little cream. It satisfies the cravings.

  • Of all the programs that I have been on, South Beach works the best for me. So why do I jump around? I can stay on Phase 1 with no problem. It's when I move on to Phase 2.   • I weigh myself in the morning but my actually weigh-in day is Thursday. Weighing myself everyday helps me to keep check on myself and to stay focused.
