I love chipotle! I usually get the chicken bowl! Its a little more calories but I just eat lighter on my other meals or make sure to workout!! That is one thing I cannot give up!

That makes me feel a lot better. My goal is 2500 and I haven't gone over it! It seems to work for you! You have lost a lot of weight! Keep it up!

I haven't been over my sodium any of the days but it stresses me out! Does drinking extra water really help?

These are great! I am learning to eat completely different than I was before. It's crazy how much sodium and calories I was intaking before!

I take calcium (because I'm not much of a milk drinker!) and also prenatal vitamin -- helps my hair grow and gives me the nutrients I need!

I have that too! My doctor told me to take two puffs of my inhaler two hours before my workouts!

I burn about 550 and that is for an hour of Zumba! There are websites where you can enter in your weight and it will tell you!

I need to put my scale away because I have not only weighed myself EVERY day, I weigh myself every time I go into the bathroom! Then I get mad when I went up a pound!

Thanks!! I really have only drank water since I started mfp. I enjoy water so I would rather keep my calories for food. Not sure if it is the right thing to do, but that's why I need opinions!

I would look at some lean cosine meals! They will be quick and usually around 300 calories!
