I just had my first class. Not sure atm, it didn't feel entirely natural and my neck hurts, was probably doing it wrong.

Does your metabolism not slow down when you sleep or something? I thought that it was best not to eat after a certain time because then that meal is stored although I cba to research it as I'm hungry and it's too late for me to eat =p

Mine has always been chilli, i'm veggie so a massive veggie chilli full of lovely vegetables and beans. Yum! I prefer it smothered in cheese and served with nachos but I'm usually good and have it with brown rice.

Yeah there is one, I know someone that goes, I'll definitively go watch at some point. I could become a referee or something, then I can skate a bit without getting too hurt =p

I started off by eating less but my weight loss pretty much stopped so I decided I needed to exercise so I'm trying that now. If the weight loss doesn't happen at least I'll be in better shape and I have lots more energy.

I have no where to skate although I still own a decent pair. Thought about going to roller derby but i'm scared. I bruise reaaally easily =p

I am pretty much spot on although I feel I still have a couple of inches to lose. Surely it depends, I have quite a small frame I would say so I don't think losing a couple of inches would make me unhealthy.

Boredom? I tend to feel like i'm not full but if I distract myself I forget about wanting to eat.

No, the digital ones are broken. I weighed myself on another set of scales and it more closely matched the mechanical ones. The broken digital ones told me I was 14 lbs heavier =(

The picture for the water aerobics class at my gym did show old ladies which did put me off but I have dodgy knees so it would probably be quite good for me.

I got asda (wal-mart) ones. Non-digital as my digital ones didn't seem to work very well. 5 pounds difference over night. My new ones say I am 14 pounds lighter then the digital ones, very chuffed =p

Surely it depends on how you do 'it', 200 kcals sounds a lot to me but yes agreed, definitely the most fun.

Is this like boxercise? I've never tried it but think I might enjoy it, I'm not particularly violent but particular things are annoying me atm and it might help me to imagine boxing the annoyances =p

porridge is the only thing that fills me up enough to get me through till lunch so I do think portion control is the way to go. But perhaps try reducing it gradually. If I tried halving it i'd end up needing to snack.

Blurgh can't stand the taste of it. I'll have a can of regular coke every so often. I really wish I liked the taste of water but I find it hard to drink unless i'm exercising or dying of thirst. Tend to stick to squash.

I was on diet chef for 3 months, although I wasn't very strict about it and still have quite a few meals left. Again I am veggie so found the meals quite restrictive. I just bought some new scales as mine told me I was 5 pounds different over night and I don't think I retain 5 pounds of water. My new scales are wonderful and I am now 14 pounds lighter than the old ones told me I was. It's a very easy fix =p

I was cycling for about 50 minutes and the machine told me I had only burned 200 kcals, although the machine has different resistance so it might be more accurate than MFP.

Veggi Chilli. I never cook with exact quantities but I fry up some veg such as zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, add tomatoes, kidney beans and soya mince. Simmer for about an hour, serve with brown rice. I always cook plenty and then can have it for days with different things such as a small jacket potato.

Have you got a friend you can go with? We tend to give each other a boost and I feel less self concious if I go with someone else. Also...my gym has TVs on the machines so I can be too busy laughing at The Big Bang Theory to notice both the pain and anyone else.

Also depends how big you are to start with, the more you have to lose, the more you are gonna lose.
