Anxiety is a hard thing to deal with . WIth help you can learn to deal with it. My anxiety is based on fear....fear of dying, fear of something happening to my kids or husband....and random things....some days were so bad I would have physical symptoms....I would have a creepy crawly warm sensation from the top of my head…

Keep it up ! It is good that you are staying true to yourself. It isn't easy to tell yourself no sometimes... Yesterday I looked at a bad of chips and just walked away. If I want something I make sure it fits into my calorie intake of the day.....

:smile: I only started yesterday, but I went for a fifteen minute walk with my kids. When I put them to bed, I then went out rollerblading for a half an hour.... I burnt about 400 calories....I am really happy about that. I can't wait to start losing weight and sharing the weight los with all of you !
